道路の写真の上に、バベルの塔をモチーフにした絵を描き込んでいます。
遠い昔、本当は私たちは共にあろうと試み、
その記憶が微かに残っているのかもしれないと思います。
サイアノタイプ（青写真）技法で、日光を使ってあえて不完全な写真を焼きつけた紙に、
アクリルとペンで描画を重ねています。
偶然に浮かび上がる不完全な青の像をもとに、
記憶や夢の断片を新たな風景へと再構成し、
「価値の再構築」を試みています。(Narumi Kawase)

※保管と梱包について
鉄塩の化学反応によって青色を発色させる技法のため、
紫外線やアルカリ性に弱く、長期的には色調が変化していく可能性があります。
特に直射日光のもとでは退色が進みやすいため、
日光や湿気を避けて飾ってください。
通常の室内照明下では変化は緩やかで、
大きな問題は生じにくいとされています。
保管の際にはアルカリ性の包装材を避けるため、
防虫・防カビ効果のある本ウコン布で包み、
差し箱に収めてお渡ししています。

A drawing inspired by the Tower of Babel is layered over a photograph of a road.
I imagine that long ago, we once tried to exist together —
and perhaps a faint trace of that memory still remains within us.
Using the cyanotype process, I intentionally exposed an imperfect photograph on paper with sunlight,
then layered it with acrylic and pen.
From the incomplete blue forms that emerge by chance,
I reconstruct fragments of memory and dream into new landscapes,
attempting a “reconstruction of value.”

※Preservation and packaging
Because the blue color of cyanotype is produced by a chemical reaction of iron salts,
it is sensitive to ultraviolet light and alkaline materials.
Over time, its hue may gradually shift.
Please avoid direct sunlight and humidity when displaying the work.
Under normal indoor lighting, the change occurs very slowly
and rarely causes any problem.
For long-term preservation, each piece is wrapped in genuine turmeric-dyed cotton —
a material naturally resistant to insects and mold —
and placed in a presentation box to prevent contact with alkaline materials.
