“Eyes on the Stars I” is part of a six-piece shikishi series — Eyes on the Stars I/II/III and Feet on the Ground I/II/III — that together form the saying “Eyes on the stars, feet on the ground.” The series reflects the balance between vision and reality: the courage to dream boldly while staying grounded and practical along the way. Each piece holds part of that dialogue, showing how progress arises when imagination and stability move together.
